Grins all around.
Can you guess which of the Serven Clan would have dared to do that dastardly deed? There were two persons total. If you guess the correct combination of people then we'll enter your name in a hat, and the winner of the drawing can choose their favorite CD from Genevan Foundation. One entry per person, please. Note, these pictures are from a different day of being on the lake. So any of the Serven Clan members could have been the culprit. Contest ends on Monday, September 29th. Leave your guesses in the comments.

Joel and Peter?
Definitely Peter. The other one I'm guessing was probably Andrew.
Cousin Daniel
Peter and Beth are my guesses.
Cousin Nathan
Hmm..my first guess wasn't going to be Peter, but it seems from the cousins' guesses that he just might be one to do such a thing! :) So, I'll guess Peter and Andrew.
Mom and the little ones!Q
What fun...Looks like you all had a wonderful time...
Peter for certain!!! His cohort in rascallity I surmise to be Nathan. Also, these two are likely the strongest pair, making it possible for them to outpull the racers and cut their bows....
Peter and Sarah? Just a wild guess!
It sure looks like y'all had a great time! We've had paddle-boat races, which is a lot harder! We've also been canoeing, but never kayaking.
Blessings,
Phoebe Kautt
We're thinking Ben and Peter, from seeing the personalities of your family members! :-) How funny...
Hi, Servens...
Yes, I'm putting my vote in just because I wanted to say hi, I think I'm too late for the contest. Oh, well. I started laughing when I read that, because I could just see Peter being mischievous... Ha, ha...well, I might be wrong, but I am guessing Peter and Andrew.
Hope you all are doing well.
Love you,
Jean Marie Fambrough
Man! People hear about a dastardly deed and everyone looks in my direction.
You all better be right or there will be some serious charges of malicious slander. I will certainly seek indemnification in such a case.
To all Serven Clan readers:
Here, here!
May it be known, far and wide, that Peter J. Serven is entirely acquitted from the false charge of kiboshing the boat race. He was entirely not to blame, in fact he wasn't even located in the same state on said day.
Make your new guess for another sneaky clan member!

Absence is no excuse, if he'd a been there I've little doubt he'd a dunnit!! all kidding aside, Peter, you must admit to having at least a twinge of mischief hidden in your bones..... all in great fun, of course. I mean, how else to motivate the racers to try all the harder, right? It would have been all for their own good.... and we mustn't discount the laughs, either. Well, now I've convinced myself you SHOULD have been with them that day.
Peter,
No wonder everyone thought that it was you; Ben looks like a mix of Nathan and you!!!
Blessings,
Johanna Kautt
P.S. Serven family, Hope y'all had fun paddle-boating and canoeing. I really enjoy paddle-boating! ;0
Johanna,
That is a very sight possibility. However it is clear to me that it was done with malicious ulterior motives.
I appreciate your failed attempt to soothe my ruffled feathers.
This is a much deeper issue. :)
PJ
Peter,
Well, I was just saying the truth!!! ;) And, Andrew and Joel look quite alike.
Blessings In Christ,
Johanna Kautt
Peter,
Forgot to say this: I can see why everyone guessed it was YOU.....you sure look like you're mischevious enough to do something like that--- just like my sister Phoebe!!! :)
Blessings,
Johanna Kautt
