A pre-concert practice with Uncle Carl.
After driving across a bunch of desert nothingness (Utah, Nevada), it was most refreshing to get to California and our cousin's home. We enjoyed the tour of their new place and squished in a few last practice times for Grandma's 80th birthday concert.

Actually, our Aunt Julie is Mom's brother's wife, not Mom's sister. : )
