Bloggy Awards
A little bird told us that The Serven Clan had it's first official blogospheric nomination! We were quite surprised, honored, and tickled pink. : ) The Home School Post nominated us for the "Best Live What You Believe Blog". If you would care to vote early and often, visit here. Well well, imagine this! It is true, this blog is excellent at portraying a life lived according to its stated principles, not to mention well written, challenging, and so on. I went to the place to vote, and imagine my further surprise to find another blog, Empowered Traditionalist, also nominated. I've known this blogger since, well, for a long time. In fact, I lived with her family for a whole year, so I know intimately what they are all about. Cut of the same cloth as you Serven lot. We shall see what the blog-oh sphere decides.... personally, I am amazed that two, count em TWO, blogs done by people I know are amongst this year's nominations. May you Servens do well in this poll..... you should!!
I'm sure y'all will do good in the polls!!!

Thanks, Miss Rebecca, for your kind response... and yes, I am absolutely convinced that you Servens would find Miss Christa and her entire family a delightful and inspiring family. If ever any of you plan on being in the Portland, Oregon, area, please let me know and I'd be eager to make the connection for you... and probably head down the road and join in the fun!!
