River.
Though the composition of these photos are not profound, we were very excited to learn about the time value (a.k.a. 'tv') setting on our camera, and change the shutter speed to give more 'flow' to these water shots.

Rapids.
If you have a guess as to where in the world the Serven Clan might have captured these images, leave a comment with your guess. : )

Very nice!
Niagra Falls perhaps?
Is this Niagra Falls??? It looks so much like what I remember having visited there 2 years ago. Tammi
That would have to be Niagara Falls...

Beautiful pics!
I haven't been on here for a long time! :) You have taken some beautiful pictures! :)

Would that be at Niagra Falls? But then, I already knew you were going there so it may not be quite fair for me to guess. :)
Boston...?
I have no guess. I will say, though, that those are GREAT pictures!
Niagara Falls?
These are very good photos! Hmmm... I do not have the slightest clue as to where it is?! Maybe a park?
Keep up the great photography!

Great pics. I have a guess. 'Twas the same place that I captured waterfall pics posted on my blog: Niagara Falls!
Beautiful. They make me thirsty ;)
Beautiful! I love that effect and hope to be able to experiment with it as well sometime soon. :) THanks for sharing!
I have to agree with Peter! I especially like the second photo---really shows the movement in the river. ;-) Who took this photo
Let me guess, you took this photo on your way to the Reformation 500. Where? I have no clue! LOL.
Blessings,
Johanna
I'm guessing somewhere in New York State?

Agreed, Peter! Though the "culprit" isn't names specifically, my hat's off to her, whichever one she is.
And yes, learning to play with shutter speed for different effects is a lot of fun. I particularly like the first image, the low perspective and the perfect shutter speed to give some blurring to the fast water, yet retain detail in the slower parts closer to the viewer.
As to where.... perhaps somewhere in the Virginias? One of the waterways heading down to the Shenandoah Valley?
I'm going to guess Niagara Falls. We were there on July 6.
Niagara Falls! We went there as well on our way to Boston! Just so beautiful...
It was great to see your family there and to be on Mr. Serven's Paul Revere tour!
God bless,
Esther O.
Very lovely!
