Oh, Sarah! I know your family has gone to several occasions that you wore costumes to. Me and my family were invited to a costume party and I need to be a medieval character. Do you have any HISTORICAL medieval characters that you would recommend? I don't know much about that time period.

You can email your response or go to our blog (www.texasskies.blogspot.com).

Blessings,

Johanna,

I'm not to sure about medieval costumes, but I know about reformation costumes! I have found some reformation costume patterns recommended on Mrs. Stacy McDonalds blog. Hope this helps! : )

Hello Sarah,

I've decided I'm going to be (if we go) Princess Adelina (from the book THE PRINCESS ADELINA by Julie Sutter). She was an actual person who lived around A.D. 700. I've already written the short "essay"/"speech" about her---- now for the costume! :)

Also, could y'all please keep my Grandpa in prayer? He is not doing well... he's in ICU and had surgery yesterday. He has been having kidney, intestine and various other problems like having trouble breathing and heart problems. He's only almost 75, too. We would certainly appreciate your prayers!

Thanks and God bless,
Johanna Kautt
